Help with downloading series

I am new. This is a really cool site. Love the serials you guys posted. Just need help with downloading. I tried to download Kife Englisie, and it takes 17 hours to do it. Is there anything wrong with your server? Am I doing something wrong? pleeeeeeeease Help. mer30

Welcome to IP Ramtin,

The speed depends on couple of things, first is where are you? then there are some peak times which the server is very busy because of our new Serial (Baghe Mozafar), if you try to download at different time I bet the speed would be better.
